One of the mandatory requirements is proficiency in the German language. We will offer you the right training and mentorship from our experienced IT Helpdesk team to learn and adapt more easily to the IT environment. 

 

Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of the German language
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory and Exchange
  • Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN architecture, TCP/IP, Firewall/VLAN configuration, NAT/Hardware-Based load balancing, encryption, and network security best practices
  • Knowledge of Internet network concepts, protocols, and associated services (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, SCP, DNS)
  • Experience using monitoring tools
  • Ability to prioritize assignments, handle shifting deadlines, multitask, and work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, independently assess risk, and make critical decisions
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts

 

Engagement Description:

  • Monitoring system support and troubleshooting problems
  • Analyzing root causes of Level1 and Level2 malfunctions and providing resolutions
  • Resolving Level1 and Level2 problems within the defined schedules and service level agreements
  • Driving incident resolution and process improvements to minimize impact to the production environment and business partners
  • Developing a support plan to prioritize and resolve issues
  • Addressing customer issues promptly and accurately
  • Working closely with business partners, vendors, and technical groups to provide support and escalations for technical incidents.
  • Developing preventive measures and documenting issue-resolution procedures
