Are you .Net developer challenged by working on creation of ultimate business tool for a client, challenged by complex domain and environment? Are you willing to work in a creative and dynamic environment where quality delivery comes first?

Developing within the agile development process, under the hood, the project is built on top of the Microsoft development stack, using the .net technology and Sql server database.

 

However, there are tollgates to pass:

  • Experience in Microsoft stack of technologies, MVC5, WebAPI, ADO.NET and EntityFramework 5
  • Proficient knowledge in C#
  • Proficient knowledge in MS SQL Server and T-SQL development
  • Advanced experience with Software Agile methodologies, SCRUM, Kanban
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (preferred bamboo and octopus)
  • Experience with Azure cloud platform, developing .net solutions for PaaS, Azure DevOps
  • Experience with unit testing (preferred MS Tests)

 

Experience in FrontEnd development:

  • Advanced knowledge of SPA concepts
  • Experience in KnockoutJS
  • Advanced experience in Javascript & JQuery
  • Advanced experience in HTML5 & CSS3
  • Proficient knowledge in Typescript
  • Proficient knowledge in SignalR

 

Day to day challenges:

  • Direct communication with client to understand software requirements
  • Implement design software solutions
  • Write solution description documents
  • Estimate effort and communicate with client and management
  • Involve in implementation of system components
  • Involve in implementation of proof of concepts

HIRING PROCESS

Pre-Selection

The pre-selection phase of the hiring process, addresses the matching of the candidate’s resume with the advertised Job Vacancy, in terms of required: skills, competencies, and expertise. If shortlisted, the contenders will be contacted and invited to an initial interview by a respective recruiter.

First Interview

The initial interview is conducted by a dedicated recruiter and technical interviewer/s. The candidates will have an opportunity to present themselves, highlighting their skills and qualifications for the job position. They will also get acquainted with the key information about the: company, job position, project they aspire for, as well as the team they will potentially work with. The Interview can be conducted in person, over the phone, or via digital video call.

Assessment and Profiling

During the hiring process, the candidates will be enrolled in several optional assessment and profiling activities, which evaluate the: knowledge, cognitive abilities, personality traits, skills, and/or interests. This information is essential for proper profiling of each candidate, as well as providing a suitable job match with the position the candidates are applying for.

Second Interview

Depending on the job position, the candidates have been interviewed for, as well as the scope of the job requirements, each candidate may be invited for a second interview. If so, the recruitment representatives will provide all the necessary information, so the candidates return confident and well prepared for a second interview.

Job Offer

Feedback is really important to us.
If there are a proper match and mutual interest between the Company and the fitting candidates, the recruitment representative will propose an individualized job offer.
