Do you consider yourself as a self-motivated CRM Operations&Support Engineer willing to join our Managed Services Division and work on our client’s CRM application? Are you challenge about working with a team of experts in fast paced and rapidly changing work environment?

The responsibility of this role is to analyze and resolve CRM surrounding application issues on production and provide application-level support for the CRM surrounding applications.

If you possess:

  • Advanced knowledge of CRM platform architecture, components and concepts. Thorough understanding of different functions and respective applications in telecom domain - CRM, Billing, CMS, etc.
  • UNIX knowledge: good administration, tool knowledge (e.g., grep, sed, etc.), shell scripting
  • Experience in using tools and utilities like SQL developer, Putty, Eclipse
  • Knowledge about Oracle database for administration, SQL and PL/SQL, oracle scheduler concepts
  • Telecommunications background is preferred


Day to day challenges:

  • Maintenance of CRM system software including Linux & APP
  • Answer CRM/Middleware related queries from users
  • 2nd and 3rd level technical support for CRM  operation technical problems
  • Daily support and monitoring of the CRM surrounding systems
  • Support the internal development teams for release preparation, test and development machine allocation and maintenance 
  • Delivery support within the predefined SLA
  • Lead the investigation and isolation of unique and challenging problems, developing plans for resolution that meets customer's needs

Pre-selection

The pre-selection phase is about the matching of the job resumes to the advertised required skills and competences of the new hire. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted by a recruiter and will be invited to attend the first interview.

Through evaluation and assessment of your cognitive abilities, personality characteristics, skills and interests, a more accurate prediction of a likely future behavior is created.

Depending on the job position you have been interviewed for, we may ask you to come for a second time. If so, we will provide all the information you will need in order to be well prepared and confident when you return.
