We are on the lookout for a Finance, Accounting and Reporting Responsible who uses financial knowledge to perform deep accounting rules and regulations.

You would be helping maintain our Seavus Education and Development Center (SEDC) financial health and make sure we use our resources beneficially.

If you have a proficient knowledge and interest in accounting, taxes, procedures and reports preparation, we’d like to meet you.

Requirements:

• Accounting experience 3-5 year
• Strong communication skills, proactive, positive, hardworking, well-organized, efficient, detail oriented;
• Understanding the tax legislation and Accounts Payables/Receivables bookkeeping;
• Fluent English
• Advanced Excel skills

Engagement description:

• Follow company Procurement process and record all approved incoming invoices in the D365 system;
• Follow company Business trip procedure and prepares all business trips calculations and payments towards employees;
• Keeping up with the legislation and tax changes 
• Prepare weekly payment plan and process payments in the bank
• Check all Accounts Payable; - responsible for accuracy of all Accounts Payable and regularly compares open balances statements with vendors
• Check all Accounts Receivables; - responsible for accuracy of all Accounts Receivable and also for Collection of receivables;
• Salary calculation and payout
• Calculate, book and on time payment of taxes
