Job requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in .NET development within enterprise environments, including expertise in domain-driven design, data structures, collections, multithreading, and algorithms.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of code quality, architecture, design patterns, testing, performance, and security.
  • In-depth knowledge of React.js and/or Svelte, including core principles, popular workflows, and modern front-end development tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and popular CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap.
  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
  • Proficiency in cloud-native development and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of cloud environments (specifically Azure), identity and access management, application security (OWASP), software licensing, web services, source control (Git), and DevOps practices.
  • Ability to conduct and participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure code quality.
  • Proactive approach in translating requirements into actionable work items, while effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working in agile teams and familiarity with agile methodologies.

 

Project description: 

  • Design, develop, and implement business technology solutions, ensuring documentation and code enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements effectively.
  • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
  • Transform designs and wireframes into high-quality, optimized code.
  • Conduct system and functional testing to ensure adherence to design specifications and business requirements.
  • Deploy applications and systems to meet business needs.
  • Debug, refactor, and update code, following design architecture and system requirements.

HIRING PROCESS

Pre-Selection

The pre-selection phase of the hiring process, addresses the matching of the candidate’s resume with the advertised Job Vacancy, in terms of required: skills, competencies, and expertise. If shortlisted, the contenders will be contacted and invited to an initial interview by a respective recruiter.

First Interview

The initial interview is conducted by a dedicated recruiter and technical interviewer/s. The candidates will have an opportunity to present themselves, highlighting their skills and qualifications for the job position. They will also get acquainted with the key information about the: company, job position, project they aspire for, as well as the team they will potentially work with. The Interview can be conducted in person, over the phone, or via digital video call.

Assessment and Profiling

During the hiring process, the candidates will be enrolled in several optional assessment and profiling activities, which evaluate the: knowledge, cognitive abilities, personality traits, skills, and/or interests. This information is essential for proper profiling of each candidate, as well as providing a suitable job match with the position the candidates are applying for.

Second Interview

Depending on the job position, the candidates have been interviewed for, as well as the scope of the job requirements, each candidate may be invited for a second interview. If so, the recruitment representatives will provide all the necessary information, so the candidates return confident and well prepared for a second interview.
