We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee and manage the operational activities of our business in the Izmir region. 

This position is office-based and requires the successful candidate to work from our premises.

 

Technical skills you should possess:

  • High level of skills in all Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources
  • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management
  • Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures
  • Fluent English

Day-to-day challenges:

  •  Monitoring company performance – implementation of company and brand strategy. 
  •  Achieving business goals and revenue targets
  • Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective
  • Representing company in public, communication with all external parties – Institutions, Universities, government representatives, clusters, clients and potential clients. 
  • Company documents signing process as authorized person 
  • Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and other reports of operations
  • Establishment and Maintenance of the Corporate Policies and Procedures
  • Dealing with different correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Monitoring health and safety procedures 
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts
  • Planning and managing various events
  • Collaboration with department managers on a regular bases regarding hiring needs.
