We are growing with new clients and projects, and we are strengthening our Middle management team. Currently, we are looking for organized, communicative, and flexible Project Managers who would like to work in a dynamic environment. This is an opportunity to coordinate distributed teams and processes as well as to collaborate with clients from around the world, in order for projects to be successfully executed. 

 

Key requirements:

  • Scrum Master or Project Manager experience working in the Telecom industry to manage project & operational tasks.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, analytical, and teamwork skills.
  • Capable of driving execution of day-to-day activities & continuous improvement initiatives with a history of consistent delivery.
  • Effective employee development & performance, involvement, communication, & supervision efforts.
  • Familiar  with Intune, Office365; virtualization, BSS/OSS, Cloud (AWS, GCP), Concept knowledge of Billing, CRM (Experience in Salesforce is a plus), Mediation, Bi and Data, 5G experience should be plus
  • Client management (Building and Maintaining Relationships)
  • People management
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Scope management
  • Familiar with Agile Frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Proficient English


Engagement Description:

  • Experience in managing Technical Teams, SLAs, Deliverables, Documentation, and supporting IT projects in Telecom
  • Customer-focused with interpersonal skills & ability to adapt to shifting priorities with multiple, concurrent projects & successfully balancing shifting priorities.
  • Reporting: Project cost analyses, Project status, KPIs, Project Invoicing, and general document management reports to Senior Project Managers or Division Manager.

Projects are coordinated by Technical Leads, who make sure that the product is delivered with the utmost high quality. HIRING PROCESS

Pre-Selection

The pre-selection phase of the hiring process, addresses the matching of the candidate’s resume with the advertised Job Vacancy, in terms of required: skills, competencies, and expertise. If shortlisted, the contenders will be contacted and invited to an initial interview by a respective recruiter.

First Interview

The initial interview is conducted by a dedicated recruiter and technical interviewer/s. The candidates will have an opportunity to present themselves, highlighting their skills and qualifications for the job position. They will also get acquainted with the key information about the: company, job position, project they aspire for, as well as the team they will potentially work with. The Interview can be conducted in person, over the phone, or via digital video call.

Assessment and Profiling

During the hiring process, the candidates will be enrolled in several optional assessment and profiling activities, which evaluate the: knowledge, cognitive abilities, personality traits, skills, and/or interests. This information is essential for proper profiling of each candidate, as well as providing a suitable job match with the position the candidates are applying for.

Second Interview

Depending on the job position, the candidates have been interviewed for, as well as the scope of the job requirements, each candidate may be invited for a second interview. If so, the recruitment representatives will provide all the necessary information, so the candidates return confident and well prepared for a second interview.

Job Offer

Feedback is really important to us.
If there are a proper match and mutual interest between the Company and the fitting candidates, the recruitment representative will propose an individualized job offer.
