We are on the lookout for a Payroll Specialist who uses financial knowledge to perform deep accounting rules and regulations.

Do you have a strong background in payroll and accounting, along with a solid understanding of tax legislation and labor laws? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in payroll and accounting
  • Strong communication skills, proactive, positive, hardworking, well-organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
  • In-depth understanding of tax legislation, especially personal income taxes
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Analytical mindset and adaptability to the dynamic IT industry
  • Familiarity with documentation related to labor law legislation (labor rulebook, contracts, etc.)


Engagement description:

  • Executing the company's payroll process with precision and timeliness
  • Managing the company's business trip procedures and expense management
  • Staying updated on legislation and tax changes to ensure compliance
  • Preparing accurate and comprehensive information for salary calculations and payments
  • Identifying and proposing improvements to enhance the efficiency of payroll and business trip procedures
  • Handling documentation for sick leave reimbursements
  • Generating various reports related to payroll, both official and internal
  • Collaborating closely with the HR department to ensure seamless coordination

HIRING PROCESS

Pre-Selection

The pre-selection phase of the hiring process, addresses the matching of the candidate’s resume with the advertised Job Vacancy, in terms of required: skills, competencies, and expertise. If shortlisted, the contenders will be contacted and invited to an initial interview by a respective recruiter.

First Interview

The initial interview is conducted by a dedicated recruiter and technical interviewer/s. The candidates will have an opportunity to present themselves, highlighting their skills and qualifications for the job position. They will also get acquainted with the key information about the: company, job position, project they aspire for, as well as the team they will potentially work with. The Interview can be conducted in person, over the phone, or via digital video call.

Assessment and Profiling

During the hiring process, the candidates will be enrolled in several optional assessment and profiling activities, which evaluate the: knowledge, cognitive abilities, personality traits, skills, and/or interests. This information is essential for proper profiling of each candidate, as well as providing a suitable job match with the position the candidates are applying for.

Second Interview

Depending on the job position, the candidates have been interviewed for, as well as the scope of the job requirements, each candidate may be invited for a second interview. If so, the recruitment representatives will provide all the necessary information, so the candidates return confident and well prepared for a second interview.

Job Offer

Feedback is really important to us.
If there are a proper match and mutual interest between the Company and the fitting candidates, the recruitment representative will propose an individualized job offer. In all other cases, the candidates will be informed by the recruitment representative, on the results and the outcome of the hiring process, as well as discuss the possibilities of future collaboration.
