We are expanding our team with an IT Helpdesk Specialist that will have the opportunity to work on the project for one of the biggest Swedish company which has a strong international presence with about 400 branch offices spread across more than 20 countries.

We are looking for IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our team for a part-time job at client premises in Stockholm downtown, Sweden working 8 hours per week, on Friday.


Key responsibilities and accountabilities:


  • Performing on-site/remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customer
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down
  • Responsible for PC’s, Printers, Servers, and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc).
  • Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed
  • Assist with onboarding of new users
  • Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users
  • Install, configure, and upgrade PC software


Skills and Competences: 


  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN architecture, TCP/IP
  • Knowledge of Internet network concepts, protocols and associated services (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, SCP, DNS)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience using monitoring tools
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
  • Good understanding of Microsoft OS and Mac OS
  • Experience in working as helpdesk or support specialists
  • Ability to prioritize assignments handles shifting deadlines, multitasking, and work 
  • independently as well as in a team environment
  • Fluent in English
