Due to our rapid growth, we are on the hunt for a Business Growth Executive, that will work alongside the existing team in contributing valuable knowledge and creating new opportunities.

 

Each Business Growth Executive will receive a clear career development plan and ongoing support to enable their growth into an account manager role, where you will be responsible for your own sales opportunities and potential key account manager responsibilities.

 

Skillset you should possess

 

  • Working knowledge of Marketing and Sales best practices in lead qualifying and nurturing
  • Experience in sales techniques
  • Fluent in English (any other language is a plus), excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multi-tasking and is emboldened by challenges
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as seek direction
  • Friendly, upbeat personality with proficient active listening and phone skills, with keen attention to detail
  • High level of understanding of the sales funnel
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment and strong client relationships
  • A successful track record in B2B sales is a plus

 

Day-to-day challenges

 

  • Familiarizing yourself with all services offered by Seavus, with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
  • Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
  • Encouraging leads’ engagement aimed toward turning the lead into a prospect
  • Working in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales team, as well as division managers in daily business operations toward increasing the sales and sustained growth within your domain(s) and target market
  • Support sales team to improve performance, control, and maintenance of their existing leads
  • Define, plan, and execute direct communication campaigns for channel partners and end-users
  • Ensure inbound inquiries are followed up on in a consistent, timely manner
