Due to our rapid growth we are looking for a resourceful Business Development Specialist to expand our business and improve our branding initiatives. As a Business Development Specialist, your duties will include establishing networks with industry specialists, maintaining valued customer relationships, and negotiating deals.

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate extensive experience in business development strategies and marketing (lead generation). Accomplished Business Development Specialists are experts in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.


Skills set you should possess:

  • Extensive experience in pro-active lead qualification, internal sales or a service-oriented call-center role with strong sales orientation
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Development or Marketing, or similar (preferable)                           
  • Fluent in English (any other language is plus)
  • Ability to manage multi-task.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as seek direction
  • Friendly, upbeat personality with excellent communication and phone skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Marketing and Sales best practices in lead qualifying and nurturing
  • High level of understanding of the Sales funnel
  • Proven track record of success in fast-paced environment and strong client relationships


Day to day challenges:

  • Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the clients’ requirements, pain points, and areas of interest
  • Work with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to determine KPI for all lead gen activities
  • Work in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams to carry out strategic outbound prospecting sales campaigns within your domain(s) and target market
  • Support sales team to improve performance, control and maintenance of their existing leads
  • Define, plan, and execute direct communication campaigns for channel partners and end-users
  • Adjust lead qualification criteria used in forms for different outbound activities
  • Prepare and analyze marketing and sales pipeline reports
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and activity records
  • Ensure inbound inquiries are followed up on in a consistent, timely manner
  • Bring creative ideas to the table as to how to generate new leads for our Sales team
