The pre-selection phase of the hiring process, addresses the matching of the candidate’s resume with the advertised Job Vacancy, in terms of required: skills, competencies, and expertise. If shortlisted, the contenders will be contacted and invited to an initial interview by a respective recruiter.
The initial interview is conducted by a dedicated recruiter and technical interviewer/s. The candidates will have an opportunity to present themselves, highlighting their skills and qualifications for the job position. They will also get acquainted with the key information about the: company, job position, project they aspire for, as well as the team they will potentially work with. The Interview can be conducted in person, over the phone, or via digital video call.
During the hiring process, the candidates will be enrolled in several optional assessment and profiling activities, which evaluate the: knowledge, cognitive abilities, personality traits, skills, and/or interests. This information is essential for proper profiling of each candidate, as well as providing a suitable job match with the position the candidates are applying for.
Depending on the job position, the candidates have been interviewed for, as well as the scope of the job requirements, each candidate may be invited for a second interview. If so, the recruitment representatives will provide all the necessary information, so the candidates return confident and well prepared for a second interview.
Feedback is really important to us. If there are a proper match and mutual interest between the Company and the fitting candidates, the recruitment representative will propose an individualized job offer. In all other cases, the candidates will be informed by the recruitment representative, on the results and the outcome of the hiring process, as well as discuss the possibilities of future collaboration.
If the selected candidates accept the proposed job offer, they will become official Seavus employees. The new employees will be provided with all the necessary information to ensure they are ready for the first working day, to complete all administrative employment forms, legal employment documents, and statements, as well as get their official employee ID badge.
